“We live in a house built in 1984 and while we had done some updates, we finally decided to go all the way with a full remodel. Needless to we had no clue how to design it or get a contractor. A friend of mine recommended Kristina Bruno to help us design our remodel. She was a God sent. She met with us and we were comfortable with her from the very start. Kind, patient (which she needed with the two us trying to go from one to another area in a store), excellent knowledge of design, color schemes, and extreme knowledge of the vendors we used. She completed a full design, went with us to shop for items for every space and need. She worked with our contractor at every step and stayed in touch with him to discuss items she might have seen that may need to change. She kept us informed at all times. And if there was a problem no matter how small she was there to help and resolve. We had fun as well even during stressful times. When we had a few issues that needed addressing she worked with the vendor to either give us a credit or replace the product. We thought we could stay in the house but it was too stressful and hindering the contractor. Kristina was so kind and supportive in understanding we had to move out. Again, she stayed on top of things we did not even see. I would recommend Kristina to anyone for her professionalism, expertise in design and vendor locations for us to use, and resolved every problem (which were very little) we had.
